Appearance: His piercing grey eyes are lit with anger and hatred. His brown locks cascade down to about the bottom of his ears. His very muscular and masculine. Everyone is afraid of him.
Personality: He hate the capitol with a burning passion. He is very kind and loving person but no one has ever given him a chance. He cares about everyone, but nobody cares about him. He wishes everyone would give him a chance.
History: His parents abandoned him when he was fourteen to go work at the capitol. He was left to suffer until somebody came along and decided to basically adopt him.
Strengths: He knows how to poison people. Toxins, acids and poisons are his specialty. He can make arrows into poison arrows and swords into toxic blades. He has amazing combat skills from sparing in the gym. He knows the difference from healthy and unhealthy plants. He also has great acrobatic skills.
Weaknesses: He hates nighttime. He doesn't like to be alone when its nighttime. It makes him feel insecure about his surroundings. He also doesn't have the best eye sight. He can't use range weapons like bows and arrows or throwing knives.
